You can search for an item in the following ways:

• Try one of the main category links on the home page. From there you will be able to follow further, sub-category links, to the item.
• On the home page directly try one of the sub-category links.
• In the 'search box', type in a descriptive keyword of the item you are seeking.
• Try one of the links to the left or right of the catalogue pages.

When you have found your product and decide to buy:

• Add item to trolley
• To view items in your trolley click on the trolley link near the top of the page
• Check the items in 'your trolley'. You can easily remove an item if you change your mind, by clicking the remove button.
• Having checked the item(s) are correct, click the 'checkout now' button to enter the 'your checkout details' page - note:at this point forward all the information that you supply us will be transmitted via the secure server.

1. Put over £70 (Highlands & Islands £90) worth of eligible items in your shopping trolley
2. Go to checkout
3. Ensure your items are being delivered to a single UK address
4. Choose 'standard delivery' as your delivery method
5. Place your order

OR JUST £4.95 discount standard delivery to a single UK(mainland) address on all single orders over £45 and under £70

1. Put between £45 (Highlands & Islands £65) and £70 (Highlands & Islands £90) worth of eligible items in your shopping trolley
2. Then same as items 2-5 above

A. Delivery anytime during the day usually within 2-5 working days

Q. Is there a minimum order value?
A. No, since the delivery charge simply depends on the product weight

Terms & conditions

• Applies to deliveries only within the UK
• Applies only to single orders delivered to a single UK address
• Any given delivery schedules are made in 'good faith' only as they can be affected by factors
  beyond our control
• We reserve the right to alter or discontinue any of the delivery options at any time

We sincerely hope all our customers will be delighted with the products they have purchased from us, however we do realise there can be different reasons why this might not always be the case and you may want to return an item back to us.

Home Shopping Regulations

Under EU law you have the right to withdraw from your contract to purchase any item on this website for a full refund. This does not apply to items made to customer design or specifications.

To cancel either email or write to us within seven working days from the day after delivery of the good(s) quoting your order number. You should take reasonable care of the good(s) and must not use them and still be in their original, unopened packaging.We will then, if there has been no error on our part, refund the cost of the good(s). Please make sure the good(s) are securely packaged and clearly labelled. If the goods total more than £50 it is recommended you use recorded delivery.

Kitchenedup 15-day return period

In addition to the EU 7-day 'cooling' off period if, for some reason you find you do not want the item within 15 days from the day of delivery, you can, providing it has not been opened from its original packaging(with any seals and shrink wrapping still intact) return it to us for a full refund of the price you paid for the item.

If you are returning the item because it is damaged or defective we will be happy to reimburse the cost of returning the item from its original delivery address. You will still be responsible in making sure the item is well packaged and labelled
