3. Sale of Goods

1. Submitting an order to us is an offer, by you, to purchase the goods contained in that order.We send an email to you confirming receipt of your order. Acceptance of your order (The Contract) is signified when we despatch the goods to you and/or confirm this by email (the 'Despatch Confirmation Email').
   
   
2. Images and measurements of goods shown on the 'Kitchenedup.com' website are for illustrating what the product range is like only as, within the particular range, product items may vary.
   
   
3. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods,we will inform you as soon as possible.If you have already paid for the goods a full refund will be given.



4. Only goods shown on this email will be inluded in 'The Contract' irrespective whether or not there were also items on your order submission which we have not included on the 'despatch confirmation email'.



5. If, in the unlikely event,during the processing of your order we find the products correct price is different to the one published on the website we will:-
   • if the proper price is less than the published one charge the lower one.
   • or if the correct price is higher than the published one,we will, at our discretion, either contact you for your further instructions or cancel the order.
   
   
6. Delivery dates are given in 'good faith'. Since there are many factors which could affect final delivery schedules,we cannot accept responsibility for any losses or inconvenience incurred through failure to adhere to exact delivery dates or times when they are through factors which are beyond our reasonable control.



4. Payment

1. If paying by card we take payment upon receiving your order as soon after we have checked your card details and stock availability. (n.b If paying by cheque we process the order after bank clearance).
2. Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products; provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.



3. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates, but exclude delivery charges.
